Back when I lasted that long there was quite a few changes of position and I was still fairly new to sex. Now it seems I take it for granted a lot more. My advice would just be to try harder not to rush it. Take your time and enjoy it... But not too much! :)

It sounds to me like Emily wants to have her cake and eat it to. She must still like the guy a bit for if she wasnt that into him, she'd feel bad but end things. So, she has you for great nookie and him for whatever reason she stays with him.

Antlady is right, decide what you want from her and go on from there. you could call her bluff and tell her you want to cool things so she can deal with Tim without distractions. How swiftly she she acts after will indicate once and for all whether she wants to be with you or wants you as an exciting bit on the side.

Hmm, very difficult. Personally, I prefer the direct approach and talk about it. It's surprising how much better / more relieved one feels when things are clarified. Takes a load off your back for sure!

It's difficult to speak for others, though, because we're all so different. Maybe you can try to bring up the subject, tell her that you are unsure about her intentions. If you opt for that, do it on neutral / public grounds, with no alcohol or other drugs to distract you. Depending on what she replies, reassure her that you are happy in your non-sexual friendship with her (if that is the case).

Which brings up the question: what is it that YOU want from Emily? Only the status quo, or would you rather have a relationship with her? You need to be clear about your feelings before you bring it up to Emily.

Correct! You're seeing it very clearly - Valerie might be good for a shag, but she seems to like the game more than a relationship. And you'd indeed be diminishing your other chances.

I think you're right about Valerie, actually. She does seem to just want me after her. Emily was saying the same thing. She wants me there to say she can get two men, etc. I'm not so sure about the hassle-free fun either. She has a fiancée. I'd get a lot of hassle if he found out. :|

ok darling to be honest all u are gonna have with valerie is her fucking u about and using u as a back up ego boost, she has already established that she can pick u up and drop u as she pleases. If u want and can do hassle free fun that's all u will get from her.

Yeah, I only do things to blog about them. It certainly seems that way sometimes. :P It's the first thing that's come to mind on a couple of occasions. "Yeah, it'd be a funny story!" :)

Sex was all I was looking for to begin with. I made the mistake of thinking it could be something more. What annoys me most about it is that she's the one who said she didn't want to be single, but she did want to concentrate entirely on her course. I would never have said we'd get together properly after her course if she'd said she just wanted sex. I'd still be getting what I wanted now if that had been the case. Oh well.

I'll find someone else and not rush into anything remotely serious any time soon. Just gotta find the happy medium between serious relationship and regular sex. :|

I went the entire month of April with nothing to write... Well, kinda. I could have written about the stuff in the hotel, etc. I thought things were getting serious with Valerie though, so I didn't want to splash loads of details around any more. How wrong was I? :))

It seems I'm now back to how I was before. Single and not sure how long it'll stay that way. Intent on having some fun for a while though! :D
